How to access ?

In order to gain access the Millennium bim's Internet Banking, please following the instructions bellow:
  • Fill in the `` User Agreement to Electronic Banking Channels'' (Internet Banking, Telephone Banking and Mobile Banking) and deliver it to your branch or to your Relationship Manager.
    You will receive 2 envelopes, one to access Linha Millennium bim - telephone banking (Multichannel Code and 2nd level Passwordl) and another to access the Internet Banking (User Code and Password).
    The Mobile Banking PIN (4 digits) will be send to your mobile telephone number given at registration.
    • You will receive a copy of your Membership Agreement for Electronic Banking Channels.

Account access/Login?

To login and access your accounts, please follow these simple instructions:

If your already have access to the Internet Banking, you will just have to transit to the new website:
  • At the top right corner of the page, in the field "User Code", enter your current Multichannel Code (10 digits) or from the menu "Accounts Access".
    Wait until the new page is fully visible.
    In the "Password" field enter the personal secret code (level 1 PIN, with 7-digits).
    In the next field, fill in the positions of your identification document number as instructed and as usual.
    Click on `` Login'' and wait until the new page is fully visible.

If you are a new user and never accessed the Internet banking before:

  • At the top right corner of the page, in the "User Code", enter your personal access code (11 digits) that is on top of the envelope received at registration and then click the Blue arrow.
    or
    Enter through the menu "Accounts Access" in the upper right, and on the next screen enter your User Code and click "Start Session".
    Wait until the new page is fully visible
    In the "Password" field enter the personal code and secret (7 digits), which is within the envelope of access to Internet Banking Channel.
    Click on "Login" and wait until the new page is fully visible.

How can I change the access codes?

After first login to the new website, you will be requested to change your access codes (mandatory), please follow the instructions:
  • User Code – change to an alphameric code from 5 to 9 characters of your choice.
  • Password – change to an alphanumeric code from 8 to 10 characters of your choice.

How to perform transactions?

In order to perform transactions, please follow as instructed:


In the 1st screen transactional site, select from the main menu group (Accounts / Payments / Cards ...) the transaction you want to perform.
• Wait for the page to fully open.
Select the transaction you want to perform.
Follow the instructions.
When prompted to confirm the statement.
• Choose the SMS for generating the authorization code of the transaction, and click `` Continue''.
Wait for the receipt of an SMS to your mobile telephone, with the description of the transaction to be authorized and, at the end, the authorization code is given.
Enter the code you received in the field `` SMS'' and click `` Confirm''.
• Wait for the new page to open completely, giving you a transaction confirmation.

NB: Accessing our Internet Banking, please consider the following recommendations:

  • When defining your access codes, choose codes that are easy for you to remember. They must personal and not shared with anyone else to ensure higher protection from possible fraud.
  • Each transaction requires a unique authorization code that will be sent to you by the Bank, to the mobile telephone number that you gave to the Bank at registration (or after, if changed). Teh transaction code is valid only for that specific transaction it has been generated for.
  • Authorization code by SMS will always be send to the mobile telephone number that you register for this purpose at the Bank. Please, keep your mobile telephone number updated in our file. You can do so at your Millennium bim branch or with your Relationship Manager.

Companies

How to have access?

To start using the Internet Banking service of Millennium bim, the legal representatives of the Company should follow the instructions below:

  • Complete and sign the following documents: "Contract of Adhesion to Electronic Banking Channels", "Form of Internet Banking User" (one for each user of the site) and the "Request Form Security Elements of Internet Banking"(optional).
  • Submit this documentation along to the Branch or Relationship Manager.
  • Receive, in that moment, an envelope for each user, containing the User Code and its password.
  • A copy of the all the submitted documentation will be returned.
  • Security elements for transaction's authorization will also be provided at this stage​, If requested.

 

Company and Users Registration?

All the Companies and its Users (both new accessed and currently using our Internet Banking) will have to following the same process of accessing our new Internet Banking site. Registration to the new Internet Banking website is fully secured by the Bank, upon receiving and validating the supporting enrollment documents above-mentioned.​​

Accounts' access/Login?

To log in to Internet Banking for the first time, users of the website for Companies must performe the following instructions:

  • At the top right corner of the page there is a field "User Code", enter your personal access code (11 digits) that is on top of the envelope and then click the Blue arrow.
    Or
    Enter through the menu "Access Accounts" in the upper right corner, and on the next screen enter your User Code and click "Start Session".
    Wait for the new page to be fully visible.
    In the "Password" field enter the personal secret code (7 digits), which is within the envelope.
    Click on "Login" and wait until the new page is fully visible.

Change the Access Codes?

After the first login to the website, a changing of the access codes (User ID and Password) is immediatly required (mandatory). Please proceed as instructed:.

  • User Code – change it to an alphanumeric code, from 5 to 9 characters of your choice.
  • Password – alphanumeric from 8 to 10 characters of your choice.​

 

 

 

 

Performing transactions?

To perform transactions, the User must follow below instructions:
 

  • In the 1st screen after login, select from the main menu group (Accounts / Transactions / Files ...) the transaction you want to perform.
  • Wait for the page to fully open.
  • Select the transaction you want to perform and follow the instructions.
  • When prompted to, confirm the instruction you have placed.
  • If you have autonomy to authorize the transaction, choose the method you want to use authorization (Token or SMS) to generate the authorization code of the transaction, and click Continue.  
    • If you have selected SMS, wait for receiving an SMS to your mobile phone (for number placed in the User Form during registration). The SMS will contain the description of the transaction to be authorized and, at the end of the text, the authorization code.
    • If you select Token, enter your card in the reader, insert the PIN, this will immediately produce an authorization code for this transaction.
  • Enter the code you received in the "SMS" or "Token" as appropriate and click "Confirm".
  • Wait for the new page to open completely, giving you a transaction confirmation. 
  • If you do not have the autonomy to make the transaction, you must request authorization from another User with corresponding authority. The transaction will be on hold until authorized by the notified user(s).
  • Receive a transaction´s confirmation.

NB: Accessing our Internet Banking, please consider the following recommendations:

  • When defining your access codes, choose codes that are easy for you to remember. They must personal and not shared with anyone else to ensure higher protection from possible fraud.
  • Each transaction requires a unique authorization code that will be sent to you by the Bank, to the mobile telephone number that you gave to the Bank at registration (or after, if changed) or using the appropriate card, PIN and card reader given by the Bank. Authorization is generated at transaction level and is valid only for that specif transaction it has been generated for.
  • The Token is the authorization code that the User will obtain from the internet card reader, supplied by the Bank.
  • uthorization code by SMS will always be send to the mobile telephone number that you register for this purpose at the Bank. Please, keep your mobile telephone number updated in our file. You can do so at your Millennium bim branch or with your Relationship Manager.
  • In order for the card reader to work, the card has to be inserted and the PIN introduced. The authorization code is generated automatically.
